The UK Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) has commissioned AECOM to undertake a survey of current and prospective rail freight customers over the next few months.

The regulator is looking to understand the needs of rail freight customers and the extent to which the rail sector is currently meeting those needs.

The survey also aims to test how ORR’s policies and decisions impact on the end user, including exploring whether there is anything that ORR could or should do to fill any gaps.

The purpose of the survey is to:
  • understand the needs of freight customers
  • understand the extent to which the rail industry is meeting these
  • test ORR’s policies and decisions against the end-user perspective
  • explore whether there is anything that ORR could/should do to fill any gaps

If you would like to take part in the survey, please go to www.orrcustomersurvey.com
